FAQ: Is Coaching with Me Right for You?”

This Isn’t Your Average Coaching FAQ

Let’s get real.

The coaching industry is loud, confusing, and full of mixed signals.

♦ Everyone has a title.
♦ Everyone has a framework.
♦ Everyone has advice.

But here’s the thing:

Coaching isn’t about advice. It’s about awareness.

This page exists to answer your real questions — not the surface-level stuff.

The goal? Clarity.

So you can decide — with a full-body yes or no — if coaching with me is your next step.

  • A: Not even close.
    That’s not coaching — that’s consulting.

My role is to help you hear the part of yourself that already knows.

If you want a plan, download a worksheet.
If you want to reconnect to your truth — let’s talk.

  • A:

    • I go slow so you can go deep.

    • I listen more than I talk.

    • I don’t give you homework. I give you space.

    • I’m ICF-credentialed, experienced, and trained.

    • I won’t fix you. I’ll walk with you as you remember who you are.

  • A: Then you’re in the wrong place.

    Fast fixes feed your ego.
Real transformation takes presence, practice, and patience.

I won’t rush your process. That’s not love, that’s performance.

    And we’re done performing here.

  • A: Let me flip that.

What’s the cost of staying disconnected from yourself?

This isn’t a spend — it’s an investment in the part of you that’s tired of pretending, pushing, or performing for worth.

    • Therapy helps you heal the past.

    • Coaching helps you create from the now.

One of the other big distinctions that rarely gets discussed, is that in a therapy relationship, the therapist is usually considered the expert in the room. They’ll diagnose, they’ll direct. That is part of their role.

In coaching, I see you as the expert in the room. You’re living your life; you’re pursuing your dreams. I believe you have all of the resources you need…I help you reconnect to them and return to being the authority in your life.

If you’re dealing with active trauma, I’ll recommend therapy.
If you’re ready to reconnect with your power and possibility, that’s where coaching begins.

  • A: You’ll start to:

    • Trust yourself again

    • Hear your intuition more clearly

    • Stop outsourcing your worth

    • Respond instead of react

    • Let go of the script you’ve been performing your whole life

It won’t always be comfortable…but it will be yours.

  • A:

    • I hold space like it’s sacred, because it is

    • I’m not here to prove anything, I’m here to witness everything

    • You’ll be deeply seen, heard, and held, without performance or pretense

This isn’t productivity coaching. It’s personal evolution.

  • A: Then you’re in exactly the right place.

Fear means you’re standing at the threshold.

You don’t need to be ready.
You just need to be willing.
